Online Sales Policy
Our policy for online and phone customers only:
LIMITED RETURN POLICY: Online dresses are returnable ONLY if they arrive with manufacturing defects and only IF YOU CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AND RETURN VERY PROMPTLY. Dresses shipped from our store will be inspected before shipping so we do not anticipate such returns. Do not order online if you are not sure about your selection and your size. Ordering the wrong size is not a basis for returns under this policy. Any returned dresses must be UNWORN and undamaged, and must be placed back in the mail/courier by 2 (TWO) business days following delivery. We will issue your credit upon receipt of the unworn, undamaged dress.
Not all dresses are eligible for online sales. Calll to confirm.
For orders from our in-store stock: Placing your order online removes the dress from our website, and when we get notice of your order, we'll promptly make sure it's pulled from the sales floor.
BAGS: If shipped from our "IN STORE" stock, we will ship in one of our trademark pink take-home bags. This is not possible for dresses shipped from the designer/vendor, but if you want one and ask, we'll get you one.
SHIPPING: We'll ship no-charge (except for sale items!) via standard ground shipping or 2-3 day mail. We usually ship the next weekday after you place an order (except we're closed on Mondays). Designer/vendor shipping times may vary. CALL IF DELIVERY IS URGENT: We may be able to expedite to express shipping if you'll pay the added shipping costs.
FINAL ORDER & PAYMENT: We will call you to finalize the order over the phone, so we can double-check availability and sizing. We'll take your payment over the phone.
NOTE: These policies applies only for customers who did not have a dressing room session in the store.
